From Houston:
Take I-10 eastbound to State Hwy. 146. Take a right going Southbound on State Hwy. 146. Go 3 miles and Turn left at WOWCO EQUIPMENT CO (lots of tractors). J & S shares property with them.

From South of Houston (League City, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Lake Jackson, etc.):
Take State Hwy. 146 going North. When you cross the Hartman Bridge and are going on the downside, stay to the left. Continue on State Hwy. 146 going approx. 9 miles. Go through 3 traffic light intersections. After the 3rd traffic light intersection, FM 565, go approx. 1 ½ blocks on the right to WOWCO EQUIPMENT COMPANY. J & S shares property with them.
